The HIPAA Score page gives you a clear, visual breakdown of the elements that contribute to your overall HIPAA compliance score. This helps you understand exactly where your organization stands — and what actions you can take next.
New Dashboard Breakdown
Your score is made up of seven key compliance elements:
- Publishing Policies – Stay up to date with required HIPAA policies.
- Completing a Security Risk Assessment – Identify and address potential risks.
- Mapping Data Inventory – Keep track of where sensitive data is stored.
- Signing Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) – Ensure compliance with third parties.
- Activating Incident Response Monitoring – Be prepared with a plan for security incidents.
- Assigning a Primary Privacy Officer – Have clear accountability in place.
- Tracking Team Member Compliance Progress – Monitor how your team is doing with training and policy reviews.
