Multi-Tenant via Locations

Locations allow MSPs and organizations with multiple offices, clinics, franchises, or business units to manage HIPAA compliance for each one — all from a single Accountable account.

When to use Locations

Use Locations if your organization:

  • Is an MSP:
    • Offers HIPAA Compliance setup as a service
    • Wants to offer a Compliance Management support as a service
  • Has multiple physical office locations or clinics that need separate compliance tracking
  • Has a franchise model where each franchisee needs their own compliance setup
  • Has distinct business units that operate independently but need to be managed centrally

How Locations work

Each Location functions as its own compliance environment with its own:

  • Primary Privacy Officer
  • Admins
  • Team members & team member requirement completion
  • Policies & Procedures, although these can be shared from the parent account
  • BAs and BAAs
  • Data Inventory List
  • Security Risk Assessment
  • Compliance Score

You can switch between Locations using the Locations dropdown in the top-left of your Admin Dashboard. The name of your currently active location is always visible there.

Each additional Location is $49/month. Your primary organization counts as your first Location.
