How to Troubleshoot User Invites

Steps

  1. Review Status
  2. Update Email Address
  3. Resend Invite

Review Status

From the Dashboard, Select People in the left sidebar

In the Team Members table, Select the Onboarding tab

A Team Member will be in this tab if they have been invited, but have not yet logged in.

Review the Status Column

📘

The Undeliverable Email Status could mean that the email address is incorrect. Review Update Email Address.

📘

The Invite not yet Accepted Status means that the Invite Email was delivered, but the Team Member has not logged in, yet. Review Resend Invite.

Update Email Address

From the Dashboard, Select People in the left sidebar

In the Team Members table, Select the Onboarding tab

A Team Member will be in this tab if they have been invited, but have not yet logged in.

In the Actions column, Select the three dots > Select Edit

Update Email Address

Resend Invite

From the Dashboard, Select People in the left sidebar
